ChiroNET is a comprehensive services firm developed specifically for Chiropractors. We have in-house expertise or a strategic alliance to serve any need of your Chiropractic Practice. Our services include; In-Network Access to benefits of nearly twenty key HMOs, PPOs, employers and worker's compensation entities; full Accounts Receivable billing and collections services; Practice Management Consulting for new start Practices or multi-location corporations; Full Charge Bookkeeping including Payroll, Payroll Taxes and Reports; Federal Tax Reporting for both corporate and personal annual reporting (strategic alliance); and Financial Advisory Planning (strategic alliance with Ameriprise).

Do I have to use all your services?
Each of our services can be utilized individually or packaged together for increased savings. ChiroNET will assist you in developing the service package that is right for your needs.

What is In-Network Access?
ChiroNET is an independent network of chiropractic doctors offering its Participating Providers valuable access to key HMOs, PPOs, employers, and workers' compensation entities. We are the Providers' advocates as we negotiate for increased reimbursement and delegated credentialing. Once you join, we forward you Opt-in/Opt-out Plan Summary Sheets for each contract that delineates reimbursement and other key pieces of information. You choose which plans you want to participate in and we add you to just those plans. You can change plans at anytime.

ChiroNET provides RATES, ACCESS and SIMPLIFICATION

RATES:
Who is negotiating your managed care contracts now? How successful are they and how much does it cost? ChiroNET is a large group of providers and can leverage better rates than individuals or small groups. How much would your profit increase if you were getting paid 5% or 10% more for each patient you care for?

Individually, chiropractors all too frequently are not aggressively negotiating the rates for contracts.

ACCESS:
Chiropractors have found it increasingly difficult to gain access to some key contracts. Several major health plans have essentially stopped contracting individual rehab providers and will only add large groups like ChiroNET.

Cigna, for the North Texas area, is ChiroNET's greatest example of value contracting for our Participating Providers.

SIMPLIFICATION:
ChiroNET pursues delegated credentialing whereby ChiroNET credentials you once rather than you being required to complete credentialing applications for each plan. When you are approved by ChiroNET's Credentialing Committee, you are approved for all delegated contracts. ChiroNET also provides Credentialing Services for Plans such as Medicare and BCBS where we do not have a contract.

How can ChiroNET help my Accounts Receivable?
ChiroNET management and staff have decades of specialized expertise in Chiropractic billing and collections. Each client is staffed with Biller, Poster and Collector manpower designed specifically for their needs. And, ChiroNET has the ability to designate additional manpower to a client when needed. Your original patient documentation never leaves your office. All data at ChiroNET is scanned, imaged and archived via our FaxPress and Aquarius software/hardware. Our billing software is fully upgraded to be HIPAA and NPI compliant.
